1. GOOGLE CLASSROOM

Google Classroom is a free web service developed by Google for schools that aims to simplify creating, distributing, and grading assignments. The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students.
Features
Google Classroom combines Google Drive, Google Docs, Forms and slides, and Gmail to help educational institutions use a paperless system. Google Calendar was later integrated to help schedule deadlines, field trips, and classroom speakers. You can invite students to enter the classroom through the private database through the institution's database, and then add it to the student's user interface or automatically import it from the school domain. Each class created using Google Classroom will create a separate folder in the corresponding user’s Google Drive where students can submit assignments to be graded by the teacher.
- Assignments
Assignments are stored and graded in Google’s productivity app suite, which allows collaboration between teachers and students or between students. The file does not share the document on the student’s Google Drive with the teacher. Instead, the file is hosted on the student’s Drive and submitted to the grade. Teachers can select a file and then use it as a template so that each student can edit their own copy and submit the grade instead of allowing all students to view, copy, or edit the same document. Students can also choose to attach other documents to their assignments from their Drive.
- Grading
Google Classroom supports many different grading schemes. Teachers can choose to attach files to assignments, and students can view, edit, or get a single copy. If the teacher does not create a copy of the file, the student can create the file and then attach it to the assignment. Teachers can choose to monitor the progress of each student in the assignment and comment and edit it. Assignments submitted can be graded by the teacher and returned with comments to allow students to modify the assignment and resubmit. Once graded, the assignment can only be edited by the teacher unless the teacher submits the assignment.
- Communication
Teachers can post announcements to the class stream, and students can comment on them to allow two-way communication between teachers and students. Students can also post to the course information stream, but without the teacher’s declared high priority, they can host. Multiple media from Google products (such as YouTube videos and Google Drive files) can be attached to announcements and posts to share content. Gmail also provides email options for teachers to send emails to one or more students in the Google Classroom interface. Classes can be accessed online or through the Android and iOS class mobile apps.
- Originality Report
The original report was launched in January 2020. It allows educators and students to view various parts of the submitted work, and the words contained in it are identical or similar to the words from another source. For students, it highlights the original material and marks the content of missing citations to help students improve their writing. Teachers can also view original reports, which can verify the academic integrity of student submissions. On G Suite Education Edition (free of charge), teachers can open original reports for 3 assignments. G Suite Enterprise Education (paid) removes this restriction.[18]
- Archive course
Classroom allows teachers to archive courses at the end of the semester or school year. After the course is archived, it will be deleted from the homepage and placed in the "Archived Classes" area to help teachers keep the current class organized. After archiving a course, teachers and students can view it, but they cannot make any changes until it is restored.
2. SLACK

Slack |
Slack is where workflows. It's where the people you need, the information you share, and the tools you use come together to get things done.
Slack is a proprietary business communication platform developed by American software company Slack Technologies. Slack provides many IRC-style features, including persistent chat rooms (channels) organized by subject, private group, and direct message.
Features
Slack provides many IRC-style features, including persistent chat rooms (channels) organized by subject, private group, and direct message. Content, including files, conversations, and people, can be searched in Slack. Users can add emoji buttons to their messages, and then other users can click on them to express their reactions to the message.
Slack's free plan only allows viewing and searching for 10,000 latest news.
On March 18, 2020, Slack redesigned its platform to simplify and customize the user experience.
Teams
Teams
A loose team allows a community, group, or team to join the "workspace" via a specific URL or an invitation sent by the team administrator or owner. Although Slack was developed for professional and organizational communication, it has been used as a community platform, replacing message boards or social media groups.
Messaging
Messaging
Public channels allow team members to communicate without using email or group SMS (text messaging). Public access is open to everyone in the work area.
Private channels allow private conversations between smaller groups. These private channels can be used to organize large teams.
Direct messaging allows users to send private messages to specific users rather than a group of people. Direct messages can contain up to 9 people. Once activated, the direct message group can be converted to a dedicated channel.
Integrations
Integrations
Slack integrates with many third-party services and supports community-built integrations, including Google Drive, Trello, Dropbox, Box, Heroku, IBM Bluemix, Crashlytics, GitHub, Runscope, Zendesk, and Zapier. In December 2015, Slack launched its software application ("app") directory, which consists of more than 150 integrations that users can install.
In March 2018, Slack announced a partnership with Workday, a financial and human capital management company. This integration allows Workday customers to access Workday functionality directly from the Slack interface.
API
API
Slack provides an application programming interface (API) for users to create applications and automate processes, such as sending automatic notifications based on manual input, sending alerts under specified conditions, and automatically creating internal support notifications. Slack's API is known for its compatibility with many types of applications, frameworks and services.
2. TRELLO

Trello is a web-based kanban-style list-making application, which is a subsidiary of Atlassian. Originally created by Fog Creek Software in 2011, it was later split into an independent company in 2014 and later sold to Atlassian in January 2017. The company is located in New York, USA.
Features
Users can create task boards with different columns and move tasks between them. Usually, the column includes the task status, such as "To Do", "In Progress", "Complete". The tool can be used for personal and commercial purposes, including real estate management, software project management, school bulletin boards, lesson plans, accounting, web design, games, and law firm case management. Rich API and email input functions can be integrated with enterprise systems or cloud-based integration services such as IFTTT and Zapier.
